Norv Won't Win

As sure as I am that the sun will come up tomorrow I am in the fact the Norv Turner will not win the Super Bowl as Head Coach of the Chargers. I am sorry Norvel but it is just one of those things. The Chargers botched this one, badly. I will go as far as to say that they won't even make the Super Bowl. They won't even get there. Sorry Charger fans, you had a chance to go and get a big name, a caretaker who can get you to that next step, but I believe that you made the wrong choice with Norvie.

Peyton or Brady?

After finding out that his ex-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan, was pregnant with his baby - Tom Brady had a press conference. He made a quick simple statement that may sound familiar:

"I'm trying to be a good teammate here. Let's just say we had some problems in protection. I'll give Bridget credit for her aggressiveness. My guys rushed. But we did have some protection problems."

It seems he and Peyton Manning have both suffered from 'protection problems.'

Happy Valentine's Day! The Brothers Z love each and every one of you so much, Tim Hardaway hates us. They didn't have a chance to chime in on that story as this was recorded on the 13th, but they do discuss:

- Marty Schottenheimer - What the Hell is that all about? What was the thinking behind this, and doe Eli Manning look smarted now?

- ESPN.com's ad space - Circuit City has encroached on the sports headlines in a haphazard way. What the Hell? If you want to advertise there, they will find space for you.

- NBA in Vegas - How does the NBA handles this? Turns out the game was taken off the books post recording, so Adam was spot on.

- Anna Nicole - The Soap Opera is captivating. Who is the baby's father? It could be anybody.... really... literally... And the way the media handles it is gold.

- HDTV - Glorious.

- Gonzaga - They have marijuana and mushrooms... but it's not theirs, of course.

- NASCAR - A Brothers in 3-Z first. They talk NASCAR. Really. They do. Don't miss it.

I'm not sure how much money you put up to place your add next to the top headlines on ESPN.com, but I can assure you one thing: it's not enough to overcome the hatred I now have for your company. Instead of a nice clean set of headlines, I have a jumbled mess. I hate you, and this is coming from someone who loves electronics. So, consider me firmly entrenched in the corner of your arch rival, Best Buy. I have always leaned toward Best Buy anyway, long considering you the weak sister of the group, and this confirms it.
